Kari Jones Dulin is a founding partner of Dulin McQuinn & Young. Ms. Jones Dulin is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. Ms. Jones Dulin specializes in truck accidents, car accidents, catastrophic injury, and bad faith cases. She also represents victims of assault and sexual assault against institutions and individuals.
Ms. Jones Dulin graduated from the University of Iowa in 1999. She graduated from law school at Drake University in 2003 and received an LLM in health law from St. Louis University in 2005.
Since moving to Colorado, Ms. Jones Dulin has spent her legal career representing those who have been injured because someone broke the law. Ms. Jones Dulin has litigated hundreds of Denver personal injury cases and is an experienced trial attorney with over a dozen trials. Ms. Jones Dulin has argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals and has practiced in jurisdictions all across Colorado, as well as federal court. Ms. Jones Dulin career has resulted in millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients.
Ms. Jones Dulin is regularly recognized by her peers as a leading plaintiff’s attorney. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2018 -2021, and a Super Lawyer 2022 – 2023. Ms. Jones Dulin has also been recognized by Best Lawyers and National Trial Lawyers as a top injury litigator in Colorado.
Ms. Jones Dulin is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA). She is both a board member and the current President of CTLA. Ms. Jones Dulin is a member of the Women’s Trial Lawyers Network and a on the Diversity Committee for CTLA. Ms. Jones Dulin is an instructor at the Keenan Trial Institute, teaching courses on damages and direct examination and a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College.
